Digital Millennium Copyright Act Notice
JobBridge respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), we will respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the DMCA and other applicable laws.
Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible via our service, please notify our designated copyright agent with the following information:
Required Information for DMCA Notice:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing with sufficient detail for us to locate it
- Your contact information including address, telephone number, and email address
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner
- A statement made under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

Counter-Notification Process
If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with our copyright agent. Your counter-notification must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake
- Your name, address, telephone number, and consent to jurisdiction of federal court
- A statement that you will accept service of process from the complaining party
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may restore the removed content unless we receive notice that a lawsuit has been filed.
Repeat Infringer Policy
JobBridge has adopted and reasonably implemented a policy that provides for termination of user accounts in appropriate circumstances of users who are repeat copyright infringers. We may terminate users' access to our service if they are determined to be repeat infringers.
False Claims
WARNING: Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing or was removed by mistake may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees.
Processing Time
We will process valid DMCA notices as quickly as possible, typically within 24-48 hours of receipt. We may request additional information if your notice is incomplete or unclear.
Limitation of Liability
JobBridge acts as a service provider under the DMCA and qualifies for safe harbor protection. We are not liable for copyright infringement by our users, provided we comply with DMCA notice and takedown procedures.
Other Intellectual Property

Changes to This Policy
We may update this DMCA policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
